What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — all discounted or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be clearly marked at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually take 3–7 business days within the U.S.
International shipping may take longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Urban Curio partners with a curated selection of premium and luxury streetwear brands including Off-White, Amiri, Sp5der, Cactus Jack, and Casablanca.
Each product is manufactured by the original brand and shipped from authorized warehouses to ensure authenticity and quality.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- U.S. orders: Free shipping on orders over $450.
- International orders: Flat rate or carrier-calculated fees apply.
